These are quick, easy meals to keep you going in an emergency. Pack each meal in a gallon ziplock baggie and label it with the date you put the ingredients in it. This will help you keep the food dry and together when you need it.

  4. Rotation schedule: Mark each bag with date assembled and check every 6 months to replace any expiring items
